provenance is Banksys first business partner Jon Swinstead who was the original investor that set up Pictures on Walls with Banksy.
They worked together for several years and shared office/studio.
The work is accompanied with a note from Jon Swinstaed confirming the above.
This seller bought in person from Jon Swinstead in London at his house. Unframed.
The e-mail basicaly goes "Hi Peter, As I think you know I worked with Banksy for several years. I was the original investor that set up Pictures On Walls.
When we parted company he left these test sprays in his office, he didn´t want them. They were by him and not others.
The bollard (Photographer Rat) I´ve had for a long time. He painted that Bolard right outside my house and eft it there. He knows I have it as we discussed it at the time - but as it is street PCO won´t formaly authenticate...73of 73 -
